This policy explains what personal data Yesk Software collects through this website (yesk.software), why we collect it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The controller of your personal data is Yesk Software. For any privacy question or request, email contact@yesk.software.
What we collect and why
Contact and request forms
When you send a form on this site, we receive the details you enter:
- your name and email address;
- optionally, your company name, company size, budget and timeline;
- the description of your project, idea or process.
We use this only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and, where you tick a consent box, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We do not add you to a newsletter or share your details for marketing.
Form submissions are emailed to our team and kept as a backup record on our web server, so no request gets lost. We may also receive a short notification in a private messaging channel. We keep request data only as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows.

If you request a resource such as our automation checklist, we use your email address to send it to you, based on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Cookies and analytics
This site works without cookies. We only load analytics and advertising tools after you click Accept in the cookie banner (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules). If you click Decline or make no choice, none of them are loaded and no tracking cookies are set.
With your consent, we may use:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — to understand how visitors use the site;
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland) — to see which parts of a page are used, if enabled;
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — to measure our ads, if enabled.
We never send your name, email or form text to these tools. Your choice is stored in your browser
(local storage key yesk_cookie_consent). You can change it at any time with
(also in the footer of every page).
Fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and handle email: our web hosting provider, our email provider and, with your consent, the analytics tools listed above. Some of them may process data outside the EU; where they do, they rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- receive your data in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, email contact@yesk.software. We reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands, that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form data is sent encrypted, and our server blocks public access to the files where requests are stored.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
